Before using Earthing Products, there are a few things to understand first (which most websites selling these will not tell you, either through greed or a lack of understanding of EMF)

An electric field is emitted by a cable/cables wherever they are and whether the cable is being used or not. The cable/cables emit an electric field and also something called Dirty Electricity up to 1.5 metres into the room and so if someone is in their bed they can be exposed to these biological harmful fields. And so if a person is using Earthing products and they have a high body voltage the energy from the cables in the vicinity are travelling through the person on the bed to the earth so it mitigates the use of the Earthing Products and can make people feel worse than without the Earthing products. BUT all is not lost as the issues of the high Electric fields can usually be addressed with my advice - Contact me!

I find in most homes, where I assess EMF and measure someone’s body voltage in bed, that it is very high and this is due to wiring in the vicinity, which can be detrimental when using Earthing products. So, I only recommend using earthing products if there are low electric fields measured. The best way to measure this is by measuring the persons body voltage while they are laying in their bed.
